2025 Golf Membership plans & options
Lane Tree is currently taking new golf membership applications and the current plans and options are outlined below.
- All monthly golf membership plans require a one year commitment.
- Monthly membership payments are due on the first day of each month. Dues are billed two weeks prior to each month of benefits. *(additional billing details at the bottom of the page)
Golf Membership Initiation Fee:
All new memberships require a $250 non-refundable fee with the following exceptions:
- Lane Tree residents
- Summer Youth Memberships
- Memberships paid annually (waived: see below)
Advance Annual Payment: (12 months paid in advance)
- New Memberships: Initiation fee is waived for first-time members.
- Renewing memberships: receive ONE of the following benefit options.
- Free Range card for 20 small baskets
- Free Cart card good for 5 free cart fees
Note: (Annual payment Incentives not applicable to Lane Tree Select memberships)
Current Member Benefits
- Unlimited green fees (No charge for walking. Pay just cart fee when riding)
- 10% discount on pro shop merchandise
- Reduced fee for family pool membership
- Reduced price for range balls and prepaid cart passes
* 2025 Cart fees for all plans: 18 Holes - $18.00, 9 Holes $11.00
No fees for walking (walking allowed anytime M-F, after 12:00 weekends and holidays)
Membership Plans:
Individual Membership - $100 per month
Senior Membership (over 62) - $90 per month
Couple Membership - $130 per month
- Member plus one spouse/partner/relative living at same address - any age.
Family Membership - $160 per month
- Member plus spouse/partner and any unmarried children under 19 living at home.
(19-23 included if full time student)
Lane Tree Resident - Discounted $10 off per month from selected membership
- Initiation fee waived
- $850 annual trail fee option available for personal golf cart (No additional cart fees required when playing. Cart must be approved by pro shop staff and stored at residence).
LANE TREE SELECT (Annual only) - $2,170 for Individual | $3,670 for Family
- Includes green fees, carts, range balls & all other standard member benefits
Long Drive Membership - $70 per month
- Verified permanent address at least 40 miles or 40 minutes (using Google Maps)
Additional Members-Only options:
Range Pass (Annual) -$300
- Unlimited range use for one individual
Cart Pass (Annual) - $950
- Unlimited cart use for individual
Summer Youth Card, Ages 13-17 (Good Memorial Day to Labor Day)
- $200, includes golf and range - week days only (carts available at reduced rates: must be at least 16 years old to drive)
* Memberships will automatically renew based on the existing membership payment agreement unless Lane Tree is notified of a change in status. Intent to discontinue renewal must be submitted in writing 3 weeks prior to billing. Lapsed memberships may be subject to the initiation fee.
