Lane Tree Golf Club Membership Information
2025 Golf Membership Plans & Options
Lane Tree is currently taking new golf membership applications. Current plans and options are outlined below.
All golf memberships are based on a 1 year commitment. This includes monthly memberships.
Monthly membership payments are due on the first day of each month. Dues are billed two weeks prior to each month of benefits. (Additional billing details at the bottom of the page)
Golf Membership Initiation
All memberships require a 1 year commitment. Memberships may be paid annually or monthly.
Monthly memberships require Autopay.
Advance Payment Incentives: (12 months paid in advance)
- Renewing members paying for the entire year in advance will receive their choice of ONE of the following benefit options.
• Free Range Card for 20 Small Baskets
• Free Cart Card Good for 5 Free Cart Fees
Note: Annual payment incentives are not applicable to Lane tree Select memberships
Current Member Benefits
• Unlimited Green Fees (No Charge for Walking), Pay Just the Cart Fee When Riding
• 10% Discount on Pro Shop Merchandise
• Reduced Fee for Family Pool Membership
• Reduced Price for Range Balls and Carts (with prepaid cart passes)
*2026 Cart fees for all plans: 18 Holes - $18.00, 9 Holes - $11.00.
No fees for walking (walking allowed anytime Monday-Thursday; after 12:00 Friday thru Sunday and holidays).

Individual Membership
$100 per Month
Senior Membership (Over 62)
$90 per Month
Couple Membership
$130 per Month
Member plus one spouse/partner/relative living at the same address—any age.
Family Membership
$160 per Month
Member plus spouse/partner and any unmarried children under 19 living at home. (19-23 included if full-time student).
Lane Tree Resident
Discounted $10 Off per Month From Selected Membership
Initiation fee waived.
$850 annual trail fee option available for personal golf carts (no additional cart fees required when playing). The cart must be approved by pro shop staff and stored at the residence.
LANE TREE SELECT (Annual Only)
$3,000 Individual | $5,000 Family
Includes green fees, carts, range balls, & all other standard member benefits.
Unlimited use.
Excellent deal for frequent golfers!
Long Drive Membership
$70 per Month
Verified permanent address at least 40 miles or 40 minutes away (using Google Maps)
Summer Youth Card, Ages 13–17 (Good Memorial Day to Labor Day)
$250, includes golf and range - Weekdays only (carts available at reduced rates: must be at least 16 years old to drive).
Additional 'Members-Only' Options
- Range Pass (Annual)—$500
Unlimited Range Use for One Individual
- Cart Pass (Annual) – $1,500
Unlimited Cart Use for Individuals
*Memberships will automatically renew based on the existing membership payment agreement unless Lane Tree is notified of a change in status. Intent to discontinue renewal must be submitted in writing 3 weeks prior to billing. Lapsed memberships may be subject to the initiation fee.

All applications below may be filled out and either printed and returned to the front office at Lane Tree or emailed to
financemanager@lanetree.com. Membership payment is due prior to activation.
